Why it didnt work (NO CD INT)

Well, i did everything written in the tutorial, it worked for all skills, i wanted to make Mockery no CD so i searched everything like i should, Compare 4 is 5000 , so i put 5000 , it found me something like 6 values, i changed it to 0, frozen them and it still has cooldown :S, wtf? works for every skills except this wtf?

I GOT IT WORKING! value is still 5000 found it near Lightning Slash no CD somehow :p firstly it didnt work

privat server..?

if privat server,Search for the skill in memory browser,and look..maybe they changed value.

at memory browser the skill scroll down and there is compare4

its on int and my uce doesnt actually show compare 4 , it just show some random letters , but it works for other skills and i think they changed the value or something :S
EDIT: tried to search between 4000 and 7000 , but it didnt work too :(
