castels and gems?

who are the best castles for pvp ? ang gems?:(

5% cannon damage, 100k hp/vp, 20% harpoon damage, and 20% boarding bonus, and 3% damage toward npc for special gem, for castles, use all harpoon in after castle, and leave rest open tbh they dont help.
