as i understand, you're just doing nothing except making the design, and let the other make the whole server.

Creating an emulator needs ~95% of reverse engineering.
And why ENet Library? Did you just read the thread of PentaLeague and now you're trying to do the same?
Are you even able to unpack and crack a S4Client?
Any knowledge of the netcode, proudnet, protocol and encryption of season 7/8?

You don't need a "new" emulator, just wait until blub updated his patch32/patch26 sv to the current system.
Since season 2, s4 uses the same encryption(you can login with season2 client on current s4 servers which still uses the normal login)
But you have to update the packets, cuz they're not the same
Thats why iam collecting a whole team, because i havent a knowledge in The netcode/proudnet or even the encryption But ready to help a bit
So you want to be the leader of some team but you're doing like nothing?
As he already said something like this is mostly a reverse engineering project and your hello-world codenz won't help.

Join them [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and help building up the season 1 server. The whole private server scene agrees on the fact, that S4 died after season 1, so all the work of the last years went into pre season 2. With season 2 iron eyes the ugly new interface came and in general the game went downhill. Working on a new version would not only be fighting alone on a hopeless spot, but in worst case you could also split the work of the community and in the end we end up with nothing. Just join the seaon 1 team and do your part there and we end up with a decent p-server (finally)
