bdo private server tutorial (help)

hi a lot of people need a tutorial of how can we create our own private server.

I am not a programer so if annyone can explain us how to create black desert private server please.

i just want to play alone on this enormous map and add admin command for be full end gear and level 60 in 1 minute ect..

i dont want to share this server i just want it to me for play fun time and test high level skill etc...

A public Emulator source code was available. You should download that and start from there.
