Swsro question!

hi so i have downloaded and installed the game again after months of not playing it because a friend has asked me to do it for him and send him the cd/dvd but anyways... my questions in short

1. i cannot see the stallnetwork tab anymore
2. i logged into my old main char lvl 89 and half my skills are missing i tryed to up them but nothing happens and ideas?


thnx in advance really want to get this sorted so i can send the finished updated game to my friend in another country ( he has inet speed/bandwidth limits )

there was a dupe bug and the stall netword and stallls are disabled and i think there was a reverse so thats why you have less skills

a reverse hmm but its been atleast 3 months since iv played and also i cannot readd the skills , like snowshield / light nuke / ghost spear mars etc none of them will up
