Why don't use any free CMS? If you're able to start lc server, you'd be able to make some edits/extensions for CMS. And any free CMS (like WordPress, for example) is more stable and reliable than "paid" CMS written by someone unknown. you don't know what's inside. IMHO (may not coincide with yours)
