lol it does exist but it doesnt do what u think, it doesnt change lvls its just a trick to wear high lvl armors on lower lvl ( like u can wear lvl 130+ stuff on lvl 10), & its nothing special, all of his hacks can be found in this forum, except skill & shield hack but they were posted so many times by now, that I dont understand how come that some ppl still dont have them >.<
