[Skype] Not receiving Contact Requests

I run a GFx Service here in Epvp and I use Skype as my main contact method. few days ago I noticed I'm not receiving contact requests because a client of mine told me he added me on skype but I didn't accept so he pm'd me on my service's thread.

I already Uninstalled with revo uninstaller, re installed. also formatted my computer yesterday and the problem is still there... I don't know what I can do anymore.

Skype community has few topics about this problem but none of them have a solution to it. Skype support is also terribly bad.

My only solution to this is moving on and leave Skype behind and migrate to Discord or any other alternative to Skype (if you guys know one which is better than Discord please do tell).

I feel like I'm losing profit because of this bug...

I didn't use Skype for 2 years. Did you looked through the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]?

It is a known problem just wait for a fix.

do customers need to download that tox chat? I want something like discord, no need to download anything, making it possible to access it via website. It would be kinda meh to make your customers download a program just to talk with you. Skype is like a main program that you have on your computer anyways, that's why everyone uses it in my opinion.

I have a friend that has his business here as well and he had this bug for more than 3 months. I think waiting for a fix wont do no good to my or his business tbh.
