Skill.dll. What happens though is it cancels out when you attack, but it DOES stay on infinitely. Meaning you can't get knocked down :D

Great for Tanking IMO

Anything relates to the time is server sided.

There's a way to do it is all I can say. It wasn't patched I don't think but hackshield will detect it.o-o;

Goto your xml files for skill and find lighting skill (not thunder)
and you know how if you leave your lighting on too long it auto disappear?
you can edit there to make it stay with you for ever.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe a hackshield full bypass would help with 0cool down.:P
