You might try emulating an OS on VMWare. If you play at a private server then sandboxie might be enough (depends on the servers version)

I am not sure about official Russian servers but official US server now allows multi client through the official launcher.

You can have up to 3 clients open on the same computer at one time without any additional software.

Yes you can but I am pretty sure the official clients can not run on VMware.
