[High Rates Reborn Server] Pandora Cabal

We are 2-guys-tag-team with an intention to make a really funky private server, who's been in Cabal for quite a while, started at the end of Episode 2, when Episode 3 started to being implemented. We have been playing in Europe and North America and various Private Servers, such as: Extreme Cabal, BG Cabal, Inferno Cabal, MMOParadox, Cabal.ws, Arena Knights, Moonlight and quite some more. The variety of servers were quite big in which we played, but we have never tried to open an online private server of our own, although we did opened an EP2 and EP8 offline servers for fun, but that was all. We are not professional, just a Cabal-loving-enthusiasts who are missing servers which are simply fun to play and are adapted for working class people and students. To be fully honest, Cabal, even though it is quite old MMORPG, but many people, who used to play it years ago, keeps coming back either for Global or some private servers and trying to find a place in which they can remember the fun gameplay it used to have and even though currently there is quite a big choice of servers, the actual reborn with some crazy stats, crazy channels and even crazier items does not exist anymore, so that's why we have decided to give it a shot and make one!


We have plans, like many many plans, many changes, many attempts to implement something, that we are not sure if it is even possible and we want to get feedback, we want your ideas, your suggestions, something, that you will enjoy! There was couple thoughts about expanding our topic throughout couple other forums, but we decided that it would be quite hard to manage, taken the fact, that we are working on the server at the same time, so Epvpers is a perfect place to get what we are looking for.
Our goal is to make something, that has players ideas and suggestions from the very very beginning of server launch, something, that when player comes with his friends, he / she can boast how they inspired us to add certain things haha
To be honest, a private server is something that players must enjoy and regardless of community size, we will give our best to achieve it, you can bet on it!
So, to sum it up: you, players, will have a big impact on the server development and growth more than anyone else.


Max Reborns: 2000
Reborn Module:

• 1-200 = 1m each per reborn.
• 201-500 = 20m per reborn.
• 501-1000 = 50m per reborn + a reborn token (droppable in any map and any dungeon - 1x for each reborn - stackable).
• 1001-1500 = 5x Reborn Tokens for each reborn.
• 1501-1900 = 100m + 10x Reborn Tokens for each reborn.
• 1901-2000 = the Awakening Stage = Each reborn will cost 10x Awakened Elements (Stackable) = only droppable in high tier dungeon + Extreme Channel & its Bosses, Rage channel bosses, Kings Event, Raid Bosses, Nation War Reward.

Now for the points:

• 1-200 = 50 points per reborn = 10k stats + 10.ecoins as a reward for each reborn.
• 201-500 = 70 points per reborn = 21k + 10 e.coins as a reward for each reborn.
• 501-1000 = 100 points per reborn = 50k stats + 10 e.coins as a reward for each reborn.
• 1001-1501 = 100 points per reborn = 50k + 50 e.coins per reborn.
• 1501-1900 = 200 points per reborn = 80k stats + 50 e.coins per reborn.
• 1901-2000 = 600 points per reborn = 60k stats + 100 .ecoins per reborn.

After Character Reseted:

1. Level becomes 1
2. Stats becomes default
3. You get default extra stats (after first reset it becomes 2000, instead of 1000)
4. Honor, W.EXP, AXP, DP, Class Rank, Skill Rank - stays the same as it was before reset.
5. You get the amount of points counted by this: reborn amount * set points for each reborn.

Character Start:
> 1000 Free Stat Points
> Class rank 11
> 500 HP & MP Lv. 4 Potions
> Aura Selection Card
**> After 1st Reset, additional 1000 stats will be added.

Bloody Ice - Desert Scream - Green Despair (Ch1 Market Land) are the maps to loot Low Cores; Starter Gear (Guardian / Black Dragon); Divinity Box for Low Scrolls.


What has been added / removed / changed in the server at the moment:

• Removed Bluestin, Aramid, Shadowsteel items.
• Guardian & Black Dragon are the lowest grade upgradeable with Low cores.
• Sententia & 99 Level Items are upgradeable with Medium Cores.
• Arcadia, Orihalcon & Elyos Frame upgradeable with High Cores.
• Demi God, Absolute & Chaos upgradeable with Highest Cores.
• Added Minesta Belts, Chaos Piece, Chaos Cores & Gem of Salvation.
• Added Awakened, Extreme, Resistance, Chaos, Holy, Divine, Superior and Rage Items.
• Added Orphidia, Siena's, Awakened Tyrant's Ring, Tempus Ring together with required items.
• T-Point increased to 5000, T-Point shop has been added with: Dungeon Entries; Honor & Alz exchanges. T-Points rates varies in different channels, nation war and special channels.
• Current Highest Dungeons: B3F, Chaos Infinity & AFT2.
• Channels: 1x Default Channel, 1x Quest Channel (3x Monsters), 2x Rage Channels, 1x War Channel
• Special Channels: 2x Extreme Channels with Extreme Monsters [Every 2-3 hours], 1x Saint Channel [Sunday], 1x Golem Channel [Friday], 2x Event Channels [Thursday and Saturday].
• Nation War : Every 4 Hours.
• Custom Raid Bosses: Acnologia ; Apocalypt ; Despair of Darkness.
• Removed Weakened Dungeons and DX Dungeons Easy.

Currently Working on some exchange events (for stain clones and pandora coins), as well as drops. You will be able to drop AMP & Resistance Scrolls.

Well as any other server that I've played :
- Remove black transmuter from shops to avoid people(donators) change nation x? times. Or make it for price so that everyone can use it.
- Odd circles. Remove them from TG and/or make useable only x? times.
- Make nation war every 2-3hours instead of 4.

Black Transmuter will be only droppable on Event Channel: Kings with a super rare chance.

Odd Circle will be most likely removed completely from Nation War, to avoid any negativity.

At the moment, we are thinking what would be the best way to let Nation War stay (either like you suggested or like it is set now), as our first idea was to make sure that Nation War 161-190 level would be only for high reborn amount players, in other words - it will be very very difficult and we would like to make sure that it would not be for everyone, only for those, who will actually reach high reborn amount and due to another fact, that W.EXP will become more valuable, not only for the W.EXP shop content, but the W.EXP itself.
P.S. there is a lower level nation war, which will have its own difficulty.

One of the things that we forgot to mention are Titles, they will be boosted quite a bit, to match the reborns and to make them really worthy to get.

seems to be interesting, going to check it out when your server goes online.

nation war every 2 hours would be grate for constant player base.
there will be lots of people who will get discourasged after seeing that they have to start at class rank 11, since most of the p.server players had to do the quests hundreds of times.

Well as I've played many servers, I like servers where nation war is at least in 2-3 hours because thats the first reason why i play cabal- for war. Besides hunting dungeons solo and party that is.
Or just make x2 wars which is for high RR and the other which doesnt count any stats based from reborns. I guess that's a better idea in my opinion.
-about reborns : instead of having default stats after each reborn, how about the stats will stay? Cuz its quite annoying to log on website and add the stats to wear your set and reborn again. its easier if stats stay.

As promised, we have done a big change on Nation War and couple other channels to suit players needs:

Right now, Nation War is set to be every 2 hours, starting at these hours:
00:00 ; 02:00 ; 04:00 ; 06:00 ; 08:00 ; 10:00 ; 12:00 ; 14:00 ; 16:00 ; 18:00 ; 20:00 ; 22:00

Saint Forcecalibur Event will run on Sundays in Channel 11, at: 17:00-21:30

Arcane Golem of Rage will run on Fridays in Channel 10, at: 17:00-23:45

Extreme Channels, which will have 2 types: Normal and PK, will start 6 times a day, but each of them on different times, at these hours:
Extreme Channel Normal - 03:00 ; 07:00 ; 11:00 ; 15:00 ; 19:00 ; 23:00
Extreme Channel PK - 01:00 ; 05:00 ; 09:00 ; 13:00 ; 17:00 ; 21:00
WARNING: These channels will run for 1 hour each! :)

Continuing on Nation War topic, there will be 2 types of Nation War and we will call them:
Liberator (141-169) - Average Amount of Reborns TG (The amount will be specified later on)
Carnage (170-190) - High Amount of Reborns TG (The amount will be specified later on)

We will not deny, part of inspiration came from paradox hehe, sadly the server got closed.. Due to the fact that many servers wants to be as "unique" as possible, we will not go that way, in fact, we will choose what the community wants in the server and how it affects it and of course, many of the old servers, such as Paradox, Inferno and etc ideas will be considered too, as long as they will be player-friendly and the community itself will accept them :)

rabenshnabel you are right about people being discouraged and the idea of 200 orcs would kill everyone's attempt to even try the server, so we thought that without removing them, we will make them super easy, not to only do them once per character, but also it will be like a little encouragement of server exploration, since we have some surprises hidden all across the server, so you might never know what you might find in the most unthinkable places.

For Class Rank Quests (BSLV to be precise) we have added the super short ones:

Paradox was a decent server to be honest. Had quite some players as well. I was staff there. But yeap sadly everything comes to an end :/ There was also Trinity cabal with reborns so it's nice to see a reborn server opening once again. Keep up the good work ^^

Server seems promising from what I read in description. I'm looking forward see how it will be at launch and hoping will be a long term server , because for a long time haven't seen a good reborn server worth playing and taking inspiration from MMOParadox tells me only good about the server :)

We are really thrilled that people are waiting for our server to be launched! This not only motivates us, but also pushes to go that one step further, even though it will lead to lack of sleep haha

Currently we are adding quest monsters in each map on Market Land (Channel 1), which, if you remember, is a default one and also we are reworking all extreme channel maps, which will be from Bloody Ice to Arcane Trace.

The following will be adding a Raid Bosses in various locations on War Channel, these bosses will stay there and will be... very, very strong, but also, greatly rewarding, that means... massive drop!
Spawn Time will be every once per 24 hours.
