i need help from any expert here ,
I'd like to know which game engine used for create game from scratch
like conquer online official ,

what game engine they're use
what engine used to create open source like Impulse's Source

Conquer used their own game engine. Impule Source is not a game engine, it's a game server written for Conquer clients.

I don't think you understand any of the terms you're using and should probably study that first.

can do what conquer game engine do ?

Unity etc.. can all do what Conquers game engine can do better and do a lot more.
