Hello, i followed the guide, and could log into my server but each time i try to create a character it crashes in race selection any clue?

Not sure why you would have a stored procedure issue but that is what it sounds like.
Did you check the herlock console window to see if it mentions an error when it crashes. If it does mention a stored procedure let us know which one it is and which server file version you are using.
