Server Private Nostal - NosHeart / Server FR

Dear elitepvpers Community,

In this thread, I want to introduce our NosFeathers server, which can be contacted for you from today.

We are mainly interested in this project aims to entertain you to offer you content and have fun together!
We try hard to offer you Level 1 Adventurer at Level 98 is for everyone there is also up to 250Lvl of Hero.
We also have customized cards created, adapted Drops, and even their own mounts, we created this system is currently unique and we are looking forward to you can imagine that this NosFeathers.

We all host a root server highend promise a liquid players can and as much as possible rauszuholen.
Of course this is only the beginning of an era and we hope to be able to share with you, and achieve the perfection of the NosTale server with you.

We are looking forward to exploring the world of NosFeathers with you, we hope that the server will remain convincing and we welcome your comments!

Our server has only one reason for being, providing a gaming experience that the official did not know how to provide us.

Ihr habt einfach frech meine Scripts geklaut und eingefügt, ich hoffe ihr wisst das diese Scripts unter meinen Copyright liegen ..

Es ist einfach frech das man meine Werke klaut.. Es ist haar genau die gleiche Website und genauso geschrieben wie meine, meine IDs sind auch drinne, die Javascripts die ich erstellt habe auch.

Solltet ihr diese Scripts nicht entfernen werde ich eine Anzeige erstatten.

Alle schon in der [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] benutz ihr die gleichen Cursor namen wie meine.

Sollte dies nicht entfernt werden werde ich rechtliche schritte einleiten , jedes Script ist mit meinen Copyright versehen auch wenn es nicht angemeldet ist ist dies mein geistiges eigentum.

Die GameForge hat keine Copyrights in ihren Website in den Scripten weshalb es kein Copyright ist...

Why you are writing it to me? I don't belong to this server. I'm founder of Entail. If we will speak about JavaScript and etc...Literally you can't do much, because JavaScript can use anyone :). Im from Latvia and if we will talk about the law, then i will tell you this: You don't have registred company, so if you will sumbit a complaint, then you will have problems with that too. Because you are using the "same" desing" and much more elements from Official Nostale Servers, also your income should be taxed, so then the "TAX" can catch you then.

Du willst eine Anzeige machen? Bei deinem illegalen Server, stecken die eher dich instant ins Gefängnis. Oder haste eine Licence zum erstellen von einem NosTale Server in Europa? Die hat GameForge und nicht du. Also kannste froh sein, dass GameForge nicht schon längst dafür gesorgt hat, dass die deine Website dicht machen, schließlich kann man dort den illegalen Client downloaden.

You dont have the .php data because the site is not working at the moment but you also copy and paste my registerLayer whats wrong with you why you copy my site?

I mean i copy the Design von the official Nostale site yeah, because is was for me bether i think. But you copy my site ! Go and scripted you self site before you copy and paste my site.

I removed and changed and worked alot of my website..

You also set a new copyright at the bottom wtf? Whats wrong with you guys.. Remove it you or will be get problems..

Oh sorry i selected the wrong person ..

The design is not owned by the gameforge i cant see for example a copyright in the style.css of the offical nostale site. So i can use it..

Die Website möge zwar der Gameforge gehören dennoch nicht das Design , laut der style.css ist kein copyright vorhanden.

Die Scripts etc. habe ich alle selbst geschrieben. Die Website von den Server hier funktioniert nichtmal richtig , weil die einfahc nicht meine .php dateien kopieren konnten...

Den Client, den man sich dort aber herunterladen kann, ist nicht erlaubt. Immer noch. :rolleyes:

Die können es immer noch weiterleiten zum koreanischen NosTale und die können es beantragen, dass es dicht gemacht wird. Und wer sich da weigert, bei dem wird die Polizei vor der Tür stehen.

Dennoch gehört mir die Website!

( Das Design möge zwar teils der Gameforge gehören aber das Scripting gehört alles mir ! )

Dies tut nichts zur sache das ein Client auf der Website ist..

Es kann aber wegen dem Client sein, dass du deswegen deine Website schließen musst, wenn du ihn nicht entfernst aus deiner Website.
