Help Bug after Query

Hi guys! this is my problem i have files 188
so i execute this query
UPDATE _RefCharDefault_Quest SET Service = 1
delete from _CHARQUEST where QuestID = 1
INSERT INTO _CharQuest (CharID, QuestID, Status,AchievementCount,StartTime,EndTime,QuestDat a1,QuestData2) SELECT CharID, 1,5,0, '2012-04-13 20:44:00','2012-04-13 20:44:00',31458135,0 FROM _Char where CharID > 0

to fix the bug underbar F1 (1-2-3-4) the bug fix it good, but now with all the new char that i create after i execute the query i get DC, 1 DC the frist spawn, then when i walk, then when i get out of town, then when i attack.
who can help is a rare bug!

It's not rare, you're just lazy and don't wanna search.

lol i search alot and i have the same bug!.
2 month searching.
or you will tell me that deseable quest Qtutorial from Default quest i make that and the problem still makeing.

You dont need disable it, you need enable it.
