For the future upcoming "where to find and change this", unpack your entire media.pk2 (optional: all your pk2 files) into its respective folder on your desktop, near your client, or wherever you see it fit.
Download Notepad++, install it, and get used to it.
Do a bulk search at your media.pk2 folder, by holding CTRL and pressing F (search function), type in *.txt and get all files opened with Notepad++.
Do the same CTRL+F there, by typing in the text you see ingame.

Usually, but comprehending the game's coding structure, you will, in this case, get a pointer, the npc string, copy that and do a research.

It is easy, once you get used to it, and you may fix your issues within 5 minutes or less than waiting and sometimes wasting your time on forums for an easy task being answered. :)
