I was scammed

Hi guys !

First of all, my English is very bad, but I will try to explain myself in the best way possible.

I bought a CS account: GO, and once paid to the user he has not sent me anything, luckily I have not paid as friends and I have been able to reclaim PayPal, I still waiting for a resolution.

I'm new to the forum and I'm not sure how I should act.

I have whatsapp captures, and private messages, as the user does not get me to pass the account data and ask for a refund, which he accepts but never returns the money. I can show it with Paypal image.

The funny thing is that this user has put a negative that has given me the account.

Believe me, that this user, will fall banned, I am new and I know I have no credibility but the evidence is obvious.
