I want to know where i have to rent a dayz server or what i have to do with it to kick players on a public hive server.

just google "dayz standalone server provider"
These are the hosting rules for public hives: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Thus you are not allowed to run a public hive and kick players just as you like. You can do that on a private server.

Join in Game.
1. Press "-" and type "#join RCONPASSWORT"
2. Enter
3. Press "P" and kick Players
4. Finish.
