A question to ask

Hi good day to whoever is reading this. I've been banned for 72 hours today for buying 2 legendaries. The seller also sent me ectos as he was late for the 'delivery' . I would like to know whether will Anet removed my legendary or will they let it be ? Previously i was banned for 24 hours for buying legendary too, they mentioned that they will confiscate my gold and item bought from seller but they didn't

did u get it out of mail? if its still in mail then no.
You can check via api on GW2effiency to see what wealth u have in your wallet and etc.
