Need tools for 4ep Rus

Keep the server 4ep while doing this without editors, but right now I need their help.
There are options for English editors to remake a Russian client,or maybe someone has a Russian editors?

If you need Russian editors are not in the public, so download visual studio or c++ builder and write your own, otherwise, pay to developer who is ready to sell them. You want to open a server to earn money don`t investing a penny, have a conscience, all the source codes of the game now available to the public, learn to do something.
