[REQUEST] How to circumvent PC LIMIT IP

Personally I would like to know if there is a way to circumvent the IP HARDWARE limit

For example I'm playing a server with ip limit 3

There are players who have more than 3 accounts logged in, I wanted to know if it's possible to do this too
