Started a duo boost, lost a game then logged off once he said he needed to restart his internet.
Said he refunded my money, but it's been a week and I still haven't received it. Not responding to my private messages or Skype either.

Judging from his -1 rating on TBM where he did the same thing to another guy, he's probably a scammer.
