Icons and descriptions

Does anyone know which files the icons and descriptions of skills, weapons, monsters, mats, etc.... is in?
Just wanted to know before I go digging through all the pck files, if that's even where they're at....

Surfaces.pck for icons
Descriptions are in elements.data (99% sure)

just a little correction. Descriptions of all items are stored in configs.pck (files: item_desc.txt, skillstr.txt, buff_str.txt etc); icons – in “surfaces.pck\iconset\iconlist_*.dds”.

Who can write (or does anyone already got it) a parser of item_desc.txt/skillstr.txt for conversion txt to xml or other easily handled format?

P.S. Here a pack of 25000 game icons (without skills/guilds) for female and male char. Each file name – id of item in game
