[Release] No delay

hey.

another small release; what this will enable you to do is simply open boxes, chests and other similar items instantly and move from tab to tab in the auction house instantly.

to use it, simply run it anytime while you're playing the game and it will check if it needs to be applied to any of yours clients.

source code is written in c#, so, you can get the source code relatively easy, or you can ask me for it.
