Doesnt look like a forum to me. Looks like the account issues database, but you can't access anything other than the front page.

well a friend found it when he was trying to trace a mail he sent to gm's about a hacked acc.

It is the page for GMs to check hacked account reports. I used the translator in firefox to tell. Interesting if you wanna see latest reported hacked case on a server. Maybe if someone could hack and make or get a GM's login for it, we could really fuck up the CO support :p

I was trying to register one, then firefox laged up. Also it is logging everones IP browsing the page, I found mine in there so expect this to get moved or password protected better soon when they notice all these extra hits.

i think u should be carefull when u played conquer on that same ip. perhaps they'll find you & ban.
