When i use the action slot(V19) then it cooldowns i can't use the other hotkey like (1/2/3/4/5..... A1/A2/A3/A4/.... F1/F2/F3 and so fort..) can you please help me?

Also how to do the fast awake?

And last thing is anyone knows how to make "Scroll of awakening" awakes all items like for Fashion / Pets?
