KTS not working

So I've downloaded KTS from a link someone provided on this forum but when ever I run the launcher I keep getting an error.

This is the error: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If anyone knows how to fix it, it would be appreciated alot, or if anyone can provide a different link, that would also be very much appreciated.

Well....KTS is offline since weeks.
If there's nothing to test, why should a "Test"-server stay online? ;)
Just wait and try sometimes.

Kts hasn't been down, They put the ip bann back on, So if you dont have a korean IP you cant play. I am currently logged into KTS with no issues
