BIG problem in IP config VPS

Hi. current i build my private server in Google Cloud VPS..
few day ago one member in Elitepvpers teamview help me make game run using hamachi..
But now i don't want using hamachi i replace all hamachi IP to my IP but when run file " CustomCertificationServer.bat "
it error.

So my question is:
CURRENT have 3 ip: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

1 IP of VPS 104.198.XX.XX
2 ipv4 address 10.146.X.X
3 ipv4 Default Gateway 10.146.X.Y

So in some config file what ip i need change:

1: File Server\Server.cfg
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

2: File Server\Cert\ini\SrNoteType.ini
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

3: File SMC\ServiceManage

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

4: All file AgentServer.exe, DownloadServer.exe, Gateway Server.exe ...
what ip need change...


I have problem want ask.
so in config file

nip=....
wip=...

what different between two IP. it must equal??

Now i run server fine.. But i think has problem about IP or some port not open. So i can't play game from client my computer ,, But i can play game of client in server...

Ok thansk you .. i hide some ip..
So what should i do.. all ip changed to IPV4 or ip of VPS ?

do you has skype ???

Not knowing how to setup a server in 2k17......
