Getting source code of Mbot

Does anyone know how to get the source of a program? I tried to extract the .exe of mbot with 7-zip but it led nowhere

Mbot loader source already released by it's past owner like 5 months ago
but for your bad luck working with VB not winrar or 7zip :(
