My problem is not that the trader earns more if he does not raise a little more what would be the hunter not the trader nor the thief
There is a way to balance profits between trader thief and hunter

As far as I remember these job rates are hardcoded at the gameserver. So the only way of balancing them is finding the addresses and trying to change the rates in some way.
