Has nothing to do with the graphics card.
It is more a rendering issue.

For instance, this:

Happens also with a Radeon AMD R9 290X

There is still a common, but rarely happening, mesh bug, by minimizing the sro_client.exe (while botting with, e.g. agBot or SROKing, was ages ago) resulted into "tentacle ish" glitching mesh textures, all over the screen, coming from your own character.
It usually happened whenever your bot was moving between grids or even countries (teleporting between samarkand and taklamakan) and loading bulks of new vectors. Maximizing your client resulted into a short client-window-freeze and started to glitch afterwards.

So, you literally cannot fix this character-icon holder bug.

I guess it has a fix, because I have this bug only with private servers , my graphic card is intel hd graphics 4000 , I noticed in isro I don't have that bug... so strange isn't it?

You know that JoyMax has the sourcecode which allows them updating their vector calculation upon need (like everytime a new graphicscard chips getting released, like the G102s from the Nvidia 10 series and amd 400 series) what results into bug free, glitch free experience?

It is just about including some newer libraries to the gameclient, nothing else. Even I could fix this nonsense, if I had the src. Amongst them, that stupid grid disappearance (happens on ultrawide resolutions (21:9)), the tentacle glitch, missing character icons, misplaced boot screen (sro_client.exe not being centered but being cut off and the left upper edge being set to the middle of the desktop area), and so on.

I highly doubt that.
Running a NVIDIA GTX 520M (laptop), an AMD R9 290X (previously used), also a NVIDIA GTX 1070 (currently using), all having the same graphical issue.

"Type" of the card? If I want an old underpowered thing running on a game from 2007ish, I would turn on my onboard graphics :D
No seriously, those are 3 different graphical processing chips. Those glitches will happen, no matter what, unless you have a more up-to-date client, which wouldn't make any sense for our usage entirely.
