The fact that you created this thread shows you lack an important skill.
In the reverse engineering and coding world this skill is absolutely required.

Without it, we will see many more threads here in the case you're encountering any problem.
Spoonfeeding won't really help you learning anything.

The problem is that people starting with C++. A programing language which stands for hard to learn. C++ includes complex structure features.
To have a decent understanding about programming in general I suggest Python/Ruby or Java as beginner based programming language.

It makes it quite easier to learn further elements of a new programming language.

C++ is alright for a beginner if you just start with simple data types, loops, classes and inheritance. If your goal is writing hacks, I guarantee you that you'll not succeed. In my opinion beginners get the most out of web development. It's straight forward and you can quickly achieve results.

Quick results is important to not lose motivation.
