what does the account have what titles do you need what is required (like unlocked towns) but not there yet ...

Vanq, NM & HM missions, kurzick/luxon, eotn titles etc

What does the Account have? Are there already Heroes unlocked? Is Hardmode already unlocked? Are most skills unlocked?

All outposts are unlocked, HM unlocked, all skills unlocked.
