Am trying to say I buy 75000 U in the mega happy hour

150,000 Uridium, 500 Extra Energy, one Hercules design plus one Goliath Surgeon

buy the pack for 150k uri (in mhh or helix is 450-500k)

The $50 / 150k (base Uri) pack will give you the design.
Any additional payment events, such as MHH or Helix don't affect this by any means.
