Anyone familiar with these errors?

Has anyone seen these error before on both MSG and NPC server?

MSG

I'm no expert...by far...but my guess would be a map is drawing outside of its boundaries creating a socket flood which would in turn cause the npcs to activate in-properly.
Just a wild guess..

Possible causes:
1) update your system to recent versiion of service pack ... as I am aware some version can create issues in sockets this way
2) Not enough RAM ... yeah just ram ... ensure you have enough rams for your msg server and npc server ... always keep 500-1000 ram in backup for usage in bigger sparks - when events etc happeniing by big amount of players
3) someone hacking your server by spawniing loads + more mobs on your maps and creating stress on your npc server creating block on your sockets .... ensure its not this as the issue...
4) Your software antywirus is having hard life by allowing all packets to pass through properly enough fast ... I happen to have this issue once with one antyddos when was turned on and loads of players were doing huntings... so check out if its not your reason...

besides these 4 I never happen to feel this error message ... but who knows can be other reasons too.
Start checking from point 2 then 4 then 1 and 3 ;)
