Before or after practically stealing the entire layout design of playredfox and the images of the navigation menu and background?

If you wan't i can change that layout.
Make login,register,webshop and everything else.

I'm not asking for a website to be designed and developed because I don't want one. I'm just offering you some criticism. The again it's paradoxical because the entire server itself is a copyright infringement.
