Blurry Texture, i dont understand

I have a worry with my textures, they are fuzzy( only in game ), screen:

In game:

Original ( open with Paint.NET )

If tga Set bmyloader true while loading

If my texture are fuzzy its because TGA set bMyLoader on TRUE ?

you have to set it on true when you load a tga

ok, but its already on TRUE when tga loaded
