My speed test shows that i have 36 ms but ingame i see 500 + TP how can i fix ?, and is it my problem or servers problem ? thanks :) :p

Speedtest doesn't matter in that case. Speedtest just takes a location that you aren't far with and gives u a result. It's all about your distance with the server where located at. (Germany)

i use a program called leatrix latency fix.it lowers general latency in online games.try that maybe
