I was trying to find somehat "general question" tab but I couldn't so I will ask here.
What is Skrill? Is it the same as Paypal?
I remember back then there was this bug with paypal that you could pay for something and take your money back with credit card or something like that.
Does it count for Skrill aswell?
Is Skrill more safe for sellers than paypal? (My point is is it more guaranteed with Skrill ill get my money from buyer than with paypal)
