Syserr lunch problem

Hello people
Someone could help me.
I created 1 map in the world editor.
I added it to the server and the client but when I try to start the client it appears to me this message:

Metin2.CREATE_NO_APPROPRIATE_DEVICE

and in the "syserr.txt" show this error:

im trying to search what causes when i close the client.It freezes and i get this in syserr
granny_shared_vbs.. But sometimes is closing without problems it can be from Memory leakage ?
