i need help from specialized in programmer
i want to start project and create my own p-server from A to Z
by my self so i need help to understand all tools and programming language
i must have to end this project

But tell me something, why would someone who can make a private server from A to Z include you? You don't sound like you'd be a benefit at all, considering it's all programming. That's a question you'll have to answer if you expect to work with someone.

i won't join any team i just have project in my head and can't find or know the way to find who help
and I've little knowledge about programming and data base and conquer online in totally , so i ask for the right way to beginning

Yeah, definitely not trying to discourage you or anything. You should ask in the volunteer thread once you have a better definition of the project and how you contribute. Best of luck.
