About quest with level limit

Hi all ı was add daily quest but ı wanna level limit like 20-30 or 30-40 ,how can ı use it ? if you know can you help me ?

Function Name : LuaSetStartCodition(2, QSC_QUEST, QSC_LEVEL, 100, 90)
Fill it : 100 max level , 90 min level
Description : required to show the quest in npc to be first level 90 ++

ı was check it a lot of time , 90 is show quest level 100 is quest level if he go npc 90 level he can see red quest because its looking 100 level
