My +rep points?

Why do i only have +7 rep when i have been +rep 9 times? o.O
Is this glitch a, or is the calculation for rep done in some weird way?

It counts only the members, because if it would count only ratings, abuse would be easily possible, by 1 member giving out 100 fake votes.
