E03001 error...

Hello,

I played Blade & Soul in the beginning, after few months deleted the game cuz i had no time anymore, now i want to continue and tryed to reinstall the game but i get the same error as i had in the begin. I fixed it, but now i forgot how i did it 11 months ago.

It's the E03001 error when i launch NC launcher...

1) Alrdy reinstalled the game 5 times now, opened the game with all launchers, not working.
2) Turned out firewall and anti virus, not working.
3) Checked forums for solutions, changing the target etc, not working.

I don't know what to do anymore.
Anyone can help me?
