Register Script Problem

I'm not sure if this has been posted before, but I am trying to make myself a register script. Quite bored now actually, I have managed to download wamps, and make a webpage, and its visibable by others thousands of miles away.

Problem: you get a load of mumbo jumbo when you actually try to do something. Can someone help please?

hi, not for 1 of other reason
but is that a hamachi ip ??

because i cant acces that ip adress ( and it start with 5.X like hamachi network does)

for the register page , can you show me a screenshot ??

Well what exactly is ur problem?I dont understand what you are saying....

we dont need a register page
they are mostly fine (they are just html :P)

the most common problem is wrong values inserted in config.php
or in the register script itself where it execute the script

so the screenshot cant be used to solve the problem :S

Does your register page have any php part or it mostly depends on config.php??

so far i can see and that it includes the md5 encryption javascript is it probaly the register script that he show us the source off

but he dont show us the part where he need to edit the value's that are wrong

he just show us the html part and thats nothing where we can do anyhting with because there is nothing wrong with (maybe submit value to wrong adress or with wrong values , but thats only if you edited it or want to make it go to a other place)

but it is the right page he shows us , so far i can see at the header
