Umm, data>share>creature
there should be an npc.csv file look at the npc name you want to change and change it lol.
and also in data>script>string there is a file called stringtable_job
BUT after changing its name you will see anim isnt working that means u have to fix its animation, and about adding npc, there should be a tut for it search it!

cell 1 is for name
cell 2 is for texture
and bullet if i change a npc name i dont have anyproblems with anim
