[NFSW OFFLINE] Cant move with arrow keys or with anything. What should i do???

So i installed and entered free roam for the first time, i was not being able to move.
Restarted the game. Still Cant move. Any ideas what should i do or what should i install to make my cars MOVE?

download new server 1.9 it fixes all bugs
