Hello all,

It's been a while. Anyways, I was just wondering how to go about paying off payments that were cancelled by a credit card once its gone to the agency? Has anyone got any experience with this?

It still gives me an option to pay 2 of the 6 fees, with PSC/Giftcard but for the others it says its gone to the collection agency.

Have you tried contacting them directly with they information they provided on the page? If I remember correctly it should be on there.

When it comes it this point, it's really difficult to get it back. But post back and I'll see if I can help somewhat.

Yes, I have emailed them. See if they respond now:confused:

It might take some time, due to them probably having tons of cases, being quite high up and being separate from BP. Do they have a phone number at all? It might be one of the better ideas, but you might be on hold for a while :o

I had the same problem like week ago, so i tried to extend my ongoing subscriptions (premium(bronze), doubler and rebate) with psc and after that they emailed me that i owe them 10,09 euro (1,99 for rebate and 8,10 for canselation fee) i contacted them and they told me that it was some kind of error and i had to pay that amount because they would have dissabled my account and after payment i got all of the payment options back

Yeah, I will try to call them. German based number, hopefully they can understand english.

This is gone past that stage, it is forwarded to the collection agency.

Just a little problem. The automated voice is speaking German, All I got what a message tone. Perhaps, I try to call earlier or something and dial 0 for help?

Any ideas?
