Uhh you could try to code its packets.. Im not totaly sure if its a remote packet...

I have not even thought about looking at flowers yet but I would be very surprised if it is not similar to marriage? Of course things will need to be added also but I am considerably sure that it works very similar to marriage. Please somebody that knows correct me if I am wrong.

Well more than likely nobody is going to release an entire flower system or just give it to you for free.
You can TRY to take the flower system out of SwordCo and convert it for your 5165.
Not sure if that would work though.
