[Help] Running 2 server with 1 IP

Ok ive been on epvp for awhile now and ive seen alot on running 2 servers with one ip address and how its not possible blah blah, and ive even seen it myself working with acme server files that were released long ago where we could run 2 servers with 1 ip.

Well im wondering if anyone can help me with this and hopefully there is someone still here that can but in my recent attempts to run two servers on one ip has failed i got as far as running 1 ACC server 2 MSG servers but the problem im having is the last NPC server it says its already runing but another npc.exe i have works but wont connect to gameserver

So i have 2 servers running on 1 IP address the only problem is the second server NPC wont start...

you cant run them both on same ip

reason:
they both open the same port , they both connect to the same port and they both want same information from the same port ?

the npc server and message server connectects to certain points

this is how the connection works

acc server ( external ip for clients )
msg server ( local to acc server , external for clients )
acc server proxy to msg server port
npc server ( local ) connects to msg server ( local )

so the following relation exist

acc <-> msg ( certain port )
msg <-> NPC ( certain port )

1 acc -> 2 differend ports on msg server -> 2 differend npc servers on differend ports

as the acc server acts as a proxy can it forward to the right port , but ports need to be open
also the msg server need to be able to communicate to the client , as the acc server only get used to verifie your details , message server does all other things ( reason it is so damn slow to start up and use that mutch ram )
